O, Demiurge.

What does light bring if not color?
What is its depth if not a spectrum?

This world is but a noise
Cacophenous and incoherent
Deafeningly cruel
Faith is hearing this noise
And finding a melody within its discord

O, the Demiurge
Came to be this day
Be it aeons ago or in this very moment
This day of our year brought us creation
It brought us life
Light
Color
Noise
Faith.

True faith can only be spiritual
But it needn’t be religious
I tell you
Believe in something, anything, deeply enough
And it will become truth in your mind
Your mind will take your truths
And shape your world around them

Belief is a hunger
And this race is starving
It’s about time we were fed, don’t you agree?

I invite thee
Any and all who hunger
Those who yearn for the fruits of the Apeiron
Who crave the flesh of salvation
To dine with me
We will masticate, devour
Stain our teeth with the hue of something more

We are so very close now
The hour is almost at hand
On this Day above days
You and I will stake a claim over ourselves
And we will finally eat.

The Sun walks on two legs.
